The room I had was really quiet and the bed was super comfortable. the staff here are so nice and polite, they keep everything quite clean, which is awesome! 😊

The hotel was placed in the very central location very close to everything. There was café Almawardi cafe, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the property. Breakfast even for vegetarians.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the attention to detail was remarkable. The room was beautifully decorated with nice bathrooms and a comfortable bed. I was pleasantly surprised to find a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the value for money, with breakfast included even for vegetarians. Moreover, the hotel's location in a very good neighborhood was perfect for sightseeing and shopping.

I spent my Christmas holiday in this hotel and I must say it was a delightful experience. the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. the location was perfect as I had easy access to many restaurants and shops. the room was also very clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. the breakfast provided was delicious and varied, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from.

There were a few drawbacks that somewhat dampened my experience. the noise level was quite high as the soundproofing could use some improvement.

My pleasant surprise at Crystal Hotel was the fantastic room I was given. The big beds, cable TV, and nice bathroom made my stay extremely comfortable.
